Problem with restore of german characters
Hi folks, when I restore contacts from Soocial into Outlook Contacts any contact that contains german characters like "ö, ä, ü etc." is not restored correctly. But it seems that this error is limited to certain fields as Name and First Name are imported correctly.
Furthermore when I try to export my Soocial contacts in a vcf file not all contacts are exported but only one single contact.
So far I only tried sync between Outlook and Soocial but I would like to try sync with GMail and various phones as well.
I hope you can get me a hint about the mentioned problems. Greatly appreciate any help.

First of all sorry for the trouble and thanks for using Soocial!
I've tested the Outlook client extensively with a wide range of characters, including the ones you printed. What version of Outlook and Windows are you using?
All your Soocial contacts should always be available as a complete vcf file at http://www.soocial.com/contacts.vcf, if you only have one available there then please send us your soocial username as support at soocial.com to see whats up with your account.
I’m sure we'll have you syncing with Gmail pretty soon
