RAZR v3x crashes when trying to sync
hi there, i've sent an email to your support address but didn't get any answer.
i'm trying to use my Motorola RAZR v3x to sync the contacts. unfortunately the phone crashes the moment it connects to the server. i've tried the full contact list, empty list, tried to 'Reset the device' option but nothing helps. syncing with other services, e.g. GooSync works fine from the same phone. could you please have a look at what might be happening?

Inappropriate?I am afraid we don't support that phone. We are finding out that the firmware is different per country on those phones....

I've looked into your specific problem and its close to impossible to fix from our end, do you know people around you that have a RAZR? You could help us out by asking them to sync as well to see if its related to your specific phone or part of a larger problem.

Inappropriate?i got the same problem with my razr v3xx. other syncml services do work fine, for instance funambol and the server of my carrier.

how come it work's with other services, but not with your's?

Hey xemino, the phone seems to speak some stuff to our servers that we don't understand. We need to see if we can make a workaround for that. Not sure if we can solve that quickly.
