Sent Nokia contacts not appearing in Soocial
I am attempting to sync a Nokia E65 to Soocial.
When the phone syncs it sends all 516 contacts on the Nokia to Soocial (before spitting out the Invalid Host Address error seen in another trouble ticket), yet only 302 contacts appear in Soocial. Is this caused by the de-duper or something else? I can give account details and missing contact names if necessary.

Don't know how long ago you send the contacts. But it can take some time for the contacts to show up. If you send your Soocial username to support {at} soocial. com I can see what's going on on your account.
We did have a major downtime issue today due to power outage at our data center. We're back online but lots of people are trying to sync now. That makes the process slow and can cause the E65 timeout.
