Sony + O2 (UK) sync problems
I can't seem to sync my Sony Ericsson K850i in the UK with O2. I receive the connection details, sets up OK, I hit Sync and it either timesout, gets a connection error or connection refused.

Inappropriate?Hi Andy,
Are you able to connect to the internet with that phone using a browser? If so then there could be something wrong with the settings we send you. Could you try to change the internet connection that the Soocial Sync uses to another one that you use for browsing?
I’m upset that phone UI's can be so hard to use.

Inappropriate?Yes, it was pointing at the wrong connection. I've resolved this and, after a few weird server responses*, it connected and synced. Got all the way up to contact 85 or 85, then hung though...?
*FYI: The weird server responses are the fault of O2 from what I can tell, it happens when I visit the odd website via the browser.

Inappropriate?So what do we learn from this?
1. Setup your phone via our website
2. Make sure the sync profile is pointing to a working internet connection
3. Then let the sync go all the way through (it might take a while)
I’m hopeful one day internet connection will work on all phones
