Soocial not syncing GMail contacts since 5 days ago
My Gmail still isn't being updated as I'd expect it to... The first few syncs went through fine, but after Soocial went down for maint last week, my Gmail contacts have been waiting to be synced since last Wednesday.

We do have some issues after an update we did. Our servers are way more busy than we expected them to be. We are trying to solve this as soon as possible. We're hoping things will be back to normal by tomorrow. -

Hey Arnault, If I am seeing it right, your Gmail connection is syncing fine. For some reason the last synced date is not getting updated. Can you confirm that the data is being updated? -
Inappropriate?The data hasn't been updated so far. I stil have duplicates in Gmail and wrong data.. I've create a new coonection like you asked me to do. Now, we'll see the result.
edit : after the new connection, It takes only 10 minutes to proceed. I have to verify my contacts now. I'll come back later -
Inappropriate?This situation for me didn't go away naturally - I waited almost two weeks and during that time no sync occured. I removed the Gmail connection, and recreated and now all working fine.
I recommend others that have this problem to do the same.

It's a good idea. Wich option did you choice ? merge or erase ? I choose merge and I hadn't any problems (just certain duplicates come back - without indications by Soocial !)

Inappropriate?Personally I chose Erase as I was confident what Soocial had was correct. Seemed to work for me.

Inappropriate?Do you have groups under Gmail ? That's why I choose merging.
