Soocial not syncing Outlook 2007 to Gmail account after intitial sync.

My contacts synced initially between outlook 2007 and gmail when I first set this account up. I just realized, when adding new contacts to outlook recently, that Soocial opens up, but is not syncing my contacts. I have a time interval set up to automatically sync periodically. I open up the status window and it says the last sync was when I first opened the account. I press the "sync now" button and it begins the process (goes to step 1, then 2, then skips to step 6, and finishes). No sync occurs, no error or failed sync notification, no update to last sync date (remains at intial sync date). I've tried it several times and nothing changes.

Any idea what may be happening here? I appreciate your service with Soocial and would love for it to work.
