Soocial not working for Motorola rokr e8
Hey. im trying to set stuff up on my rokr e8. i do everything that page says...
partner name: soocial
server address: http://sync.soocial.com
username: me@asdf.com
password: my password
Contacts: i have ./contacts
but whenever i attempt to sync failed error.
what should i doooooooooo?

i dont know if it's siginifcant but, i dont have an option to set server version on my phone. (1.1 / 1.2). -
Inappropriate?That is significant! Not all phones do both. At the moment we can't handle 1.2 at all.... We will have to build that feature.

Can you send your user name to support (at soocial dot com)? We'd like to take a look at your logs. -
Thanks for sending your user name. I checked your logs, there is no trace of your phone. Seems like it doesn't get past the identification stage. Then it is really hard for us to find out what happened.
You might want to list your sync settings here for us to check if they are right. -

Inappropriate?i would post my settings, but i can't even figure out how to access them. when i go to the options, all it gives me is the choice of what to sync (contacts, calendar, etc.).
