Soocial Outlook client v.0.9.86 crashes every time I try to sync ("beta"?)
Hi there,
Soocial Outlook client v.0.9.86 crashes every time I try to sync. Both on Windows XP and Windows Vista (both 32bit). I have the newest updates for both Windows and Outlook.
When I use the tray settings I can type in my login data but that's it! Every time I try to sync either from tray or the button in Microsoft Outlook it immediatly crashs (and is gone from the tray etc.).
What more information you need?
Also the sync from my phone doesn't work because of some contacts with special characters, why can't it just take them? :(

Inappropriate?Hi Philip, that is a strange problem. I would suspect that it doen have to do with weird characters that the Outlook client crashes on.
If you could send us an email with your Soocial username to support@soocial.com we can have a look at the logs on our end and see what is going on. Refer to this topic.
Let's see if we can reproduce this problem on our end.
