Inappropriate?hey Rountrn,
I can understand your surprise, I'm puzzled too. I'll get back to you asap, Verizon should definitely be in the list. -
Inappropriate?Hi Rountrn,
I understand your frustration but from our end any user on any network operated by any telecom operate should be able to use Soocial, we're not locked in in that sense.
It might be that your telecom operator, Verizon, doesn't support the required data plans or that it has decided that your phone isn't allowed a data plan or that it will not allow our text messages to come through. It could be a whole lot of things.
You can always try setting up your phone manually and see if that works for you. -
i am impressed by your quick responses. however...
after i picked my phone and was prompted to page one of the phone setup it asks for the phone number and then there is a drop down menu that lists "operators".
that drop down menu includes t-mobile, at&t, and seven operators i have never even heard of before but not verizon. -
Inappropriate?yeah, I've seen that and am in touch with the company who does our texting delivery. Will get back to you asap.
