Sync not completed. See log for details

The first time I installed the Soocial Outlook client, it synced everything correctly.
After that...nothing was working anymore...and I always get this error message "Sync not completed. See log for details".

Looking for log I only have this info "21:41:58 GMT +1:00 [ERROR] - 111"
