Syncing specific parts of address book / corporate Soocial account?

I work at Belgium-based Trendwolves.com (8 FTE) and we would like to use something like a central corporate Soocial account to sync specific parts of each of ours address books. E.g. I add Soocial HQ contact info to my address books and it syncs accross the different other employees. I know this is possible now, but I would like us to be able to maintain our own parts of our address books. Will something like that be possible anytime soon?
