Syncronyzed but numbers and emails are missing
ok, after a first mobile synchronization i experienced the biggest mess in my phone book ever. Thanks to mac address book i joined all the contacts details splitted in different cards in only one for each contact. I synchronized again the phone, the phone book seems to be specular to the pc one, but to many contact is missing the phone number(s) and email(s). Have you never experienced this? I would like to understand if the fault is up to my crapy phone (LG kt 610, the first time that lg works with symbian) or is a bug that is going to be fixed. Thanks. Higui

Are you saying that after syncing that different contact details ended up in seperate contacts? Or were they duplicate contacts. Or duplicate details?
What contacts are you missing info for? You can send examples to support (at soocial dot com)

Inappropriate?In my mobile phone there are no duplicate contacts (after the second sync) and not even splitted contacts card. There are simply some details missing in most of the contact cards. Are always present name, surname and company, and most of the time are missing both emails and phone numbers. I can't find out a method or a rationality of the system. The lack of details seems not to concern the presence of details fo the same typology. Some time are missing details in contacts card with more than one email or telephone number, some time in cards with only one.
(Please note that if nobody else experienced the same problem, the fault could be up to my telephone)

Inappropriate?We are implementing a big fix next week that will make it easier for Soocial to recognize all S60 phones of which this is one of them. Should solve some minor and bigger issues for multiple users.
