Timezone Support?

I'm either going to feel like an idiot for pointing out something you already know, or for not being able to find this on my own, but here we go anyway.

Is there some kind of timezone setting that I am not seeing, or is this a flaw? I am on the east coast, and it says my last sync was at 8:26 pm. But I's only 3:30 pm here. All of my sync / backup times look like they are 5 hours or so ahead. So it seems like I am on the wrong time zone. Is there a way to change this?
 
silly I’m wishing I didn't have to do math. I hate math.
