Verification Failed
Soocial Sync will not allow me to log in. Says Verification Failed...
I have rebooted/reinstalled Soocial Sync with no effect. I've double checked my password and log in information. The email and password work for logging into the website , but not for the Outlook Sync app.

Inappropriate?Capitals in your username? We don't dealt with that well. You can change it on the account page in the webapp.

Inappropriate?I am experiencing this with the new Outlook sync application. I did check, and do not have any capitals in my email address on my account tab.

Inappropriate?You need to uninstall the old version first. At this point:
1. Uninstall the client from the Add/Remove Software page.
2. Make sure the Soocial folder is removed in:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\"user"\Application Data
VISTA: C\users\"user"\AppData\Roaming
3. Install the new version.

please remove the connection from the www.soocial.com/connections page. This should get the sync back happening.
Please let us know if that solves it. -
