Why can't I login using Outlook Sync (and why is it trying to Sync even though I'm not logged in?)
My problem is that with the Outlook Sync program, when I try to log in it says "Verification failed" even though I'm definitely using the correct email address (as login id) and password.
Furthermore, even though I'm not logged in, it keeps trying to initialise (I can see on the status window it says Currently: Initializing".
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook Sync, and I've downloaded the latest version, but to no avail.
Any ideas?

We have just released the new Outlook client. This version will solve all the Label issues between Soocial and Outlook. Please upgrade to this newer version as the old version does not sync anymore since the release.

I had this EXACT problem -- could not login after upgrade. The instructions need to be updated to include "Remove existing machine from Connections on Soocial website prior to login/password and first sync following upgrade" -- it was VERY frustrating trying over and over to get this to work -- uninstalling update, reinstalling, rebooting PC, changing Soocial password -- only to find that the Connection needs to be removed and then run the Sync. -

Inappropriate?Hi, I had the exact same problem and just received a note from Support: "Delete the Connections on your Soocial.com Account and try again".
I just tested and I could login afterwardsso this it fixes the Login problem for the 0.9.104 update.
The problem was that all my contacts went crazy so I had to clear all contacts on Outlook folder, then all the contacts in Soocial.com, then restore all contacts to Outlook and then sync all again. Fortunately I had full backups of everything before installing the new update... ;)

Removing the Outlook connection from the www.soocial.com/connections page should get you back to syncing. -

Inappropriate?Maybe there is - but this worked for me.
I don't know why or how but when I tried to sync the first time, after deleting the connections on Soocial.com, my accounts jumped from 490 to 900ish - with a lot of duplicates and email addresses from Outlook's cache (I think) - which are not on my address book. So, delete and restart - always works! ... :D
