Why do I have more contacts in soocial than in gmail?
Hi there
I have 348 contacts in soocial, but only 310 in gmail. As far as I can tell the sync between soocial and gmail is working fine - a new contact added in soocial has synced to gmail and vice versa. Is there anything simple I can do to make sure that gmail becomes a full mirror of soocial?

Is it possible that a few of those contacts share an email address? Gmail won't allow us to create a contact if another contact in your account already has that email address.
If you email us your Soocial username to support@soocial.com we'll be able to dig further :)

Inappropriate?I've never really had the same amount of contacts in my apps, even after deleting them out of all apps and starting from 0. Outlook is at 81 and soocial is at 81, Gmail is at 65 and Highrise at 73. I am sure I don't have any dup'd emails.

Highrise having a lower count does make sense. I looked at some contacts that are not mapped to Highrise and they do not have the "Work" category. Only contacts that are part of the "work" group make it to Highrise.
If Gmail has a lower count in Gmail then that is odd. Soocial does see 81 contacts in Gmail. Can you mail s some names of contacts missing from Gmail?
