Recently active topics in Soup tagged with skin

I changed the custom css of my soup's skin and then changed some of the colors in the skin editor. Now every time I make changes to the custom css my soup again has it's old colors. Is there a way to update the custom css with the new colors I specified in the skin editor?

As the skin that I'm using seems to look f*cked up in previous IE versions, I wanted to test other skins.

But the dashboard doesn't give me the option to change my skin anymore. I just see two white arrows, nothing in between.

Any thoughts?
