Is there a way to update the custom css with changes made in the skin editor?

I changed the custom css of my soup's skin and then changed some of the colors in the skin editor. Now every time I make changes to the custom css my soup again has it's old colors. Is there a way to update the custom css with the new colors I specified in the skin editor?
