Search function is wonky
When looking for specific posts in my soup, I found that the search results were incomplete (showing posts up until August '08, but nothing more recent), or the search even returned no results at all. In both cases I know I've made posts in the last 2-3 months. I've waited a few days and tried again, and got exactly the same results. Since there is no categorization system in Soup, I rely on search to find stuff.

Inappropriate?Eek, that really, /really/ shouldn't happen. Can you tell me for which terms you were searching? I'm going to try and figure out what caused this.

Inappropriate?I've searched for 'bailey' [incomplete results] and 'avatar' [0 results]. Google site search found the posts but I'd rather use the soup search. After posting here I also tried 'moran' [should find *at least* a video from feb 14; but returned 0 results] and 'fanart' [only up til August as well] and 'until' [ditto]. It worked fine on other search terms, though.

Inappropriate?I was looking for this post, amongst others. Neither Soup nor Google site search found it with either of the terms 'avatar' and 'asian'. o_0 (I used the very old-fashioned scroll wheel search.)

Inappropriate?Awwwwright, this took way too long to fix. The disk on our search server had run almost full, and caused all kinds of problems finding newer posts. There is enough disk space for everything now, and the search finds your posts again. Thanks a lot for alerting us to this!

Inappropriate?Um, it seems I've got the same problem again. I wanted to link someone to a list of posts and searched for 'hagen rether' in my soup. at least this post (from earlier today) should have shown up, but the search returned no results at all.
