What's up with the delays?
I've been experiencing a lot of delays lately. So much that it has now taken me longer to fly from LA to SF than it would to drive on my two most recent flights. There are a lot of people that commute between the two cities and Southwest used to be a reliable, cheap and easy way to do this. But the planes are either falling apart or Southwest is experiencing other problems that are manifesting in delays and bad service. Can we expect an improvement soon or should we just make the switch completely to Virgin America?

Inappropriate?I have the same problem with Southwest, from Tampa to Dulles. I can't tell you how many delays I've been through, getting me in late in the evening. Tonight will be midnight, just to the airport, then 1 am to the hotel. It's rediculous. And it happens over and over. Something's not right.
