How can I see the names of my Direct Trusts? In my Spock page I have the "size" of my Trust Network, but I haven't found a way to see a list of names.
I.e. now, when I log in I see:
Search Network 1,234
Trust Network 42
I need a way to see names, photos and links to the pages of the 42 direct Trust in my network.

Inappropriate?Hi - we are working on that filter and it should be implemented shortly. Agree that it is a bad bug that needs to be fixed....

Inappropriate? Thanks, Brunix. There's no page you can visit that only shows your Trust Network but we did make a change last night that puts Trust Network people at the beginning of the Network page: http://www.spock.com/network
Hope that helps a little as we work on a long-term solution.

Inappropriate?I want to remove people from my trust network. How do I do this? I do not want 1200+ people seeing my stuff. I don't trust all of 1200+ people in Person XX's trust network. I tried to remove Person XX and he is STILL THERE.
Also, not having a direct way to email for help is starting to suck. Why do I have to log in to ANOTHER SERVICE to get help on Spock????
I’m frustrated and pissed

Inappropriate?Dave,
I think you may be confusing your Trust Network with your Search Network.
If you removed someone from your Trust Network that means that you no longer share contact information and can not send messages to each other. What is most likely the case is that XX is still connected to your Search Network through someone else. You should be able to see how that person is still connected to you by looking at your entire Search Network. If you'd like to fully remove them from your Search Network then you must remove that contact as well.
Search Network is good because at Spock we assume that you know most of the details about the people whom you've Trusted, but may not know the full details of their extended Network.
As far as getsatisfaction is concerned, we feel that it actually increases our ability to effectively solve problems by easily directing people towards recurring problems.
If you are indeed having a technical issue where you are unable to remove XX from your Trust Network, than please contact me, patrick@corp.spock.com and I'll look further into the matter.
