Inappropriate? Here's a previous response of yours that I still find hilarious:
"Spock understands if you are uncomfortable with your information being on the Web. Please see our About Page which gives you steps on how to maintain and check where you are on the Web. Unfortunately to fully remove yourself from everything this includes a lot of paperwork and time."
RapLeaf doesn't seem to have the "paperwork" problem. -
Inappropriate?JOD,
Removing yourself from Spock is fairly easy given that you need only to make whichever source that was crawled private and then flag your search result. As far as opting out of notifications and invitations we have a similar unsubscribe option found at the bottom of every e-mail and in your settings page. With regard to removing yourself from everything, this may be a reference to the concept of removing yourself from any search engine such as Google or Yahoo which would include the necessary step of going down to your local public records department and having all of your information made private. I'm assuming that would probably take a while. -
Inappropriate?I'm not interested in removing myself from "everything," as I know that's an involved process.
I'm interested in opting out of Spock without signing up, as RapLeaf has offered and followed through on.
P.S. How are you related to Spock? Your profile is a little thin on information. -
Inappropriate?Haha, some people still don't understand that public means PUBLIC, not public is some context.
I’m condescending
