I can't log in, Spock can't find my email address, and my search results have disappeared.

Yesterday I was unable to log in, your site was unable to find an account associated with my email address, and my search listing appeared to have reverted to the state it was in before I claimed it.

Today I still can't log in and my listing has disappeared from search results entirely. I retrieved my Spock profile page URL from browser history and it now appears to be associated with someone else.

Not sure whether this problem is isolated to my account or a global issue. Please advise.
