Spock doesn't respond to my removal requests!
Over the past week I've sent several requests for Spock to remove my search result from its site, using Spock's own removal request form. Though Spock's own help page claims that 'the Spock Support Team will review your claim and get back to you within 24-48 hours' I have yet to receive any reply from Spock, much less see my search results removed from Spock's website, despite repeatedly resubmitting my removal request. I would like to know why my removal request has not yet been honored by Spock and why Spock has not even contacted me.

Inappropriate?call paypal and have them cancel the subscription, contact BBB on the website. I did this just today. if enough people do it, we may get full refunds. Their phone number doesnt even work
