Who are Louis-Serge and Idan Gafni?

I think it's a very strange question in general- WHO IS <name>, since I believe that Spock was born exactly to answer such kind of questions for everyone of us!

personally- I know the both guys, Idan and Louis-Serge, and the both are real and very nice people of course! But even if I did not know them, aren't their Spock profiles enough informative to answer these questions?

I really think your question is VERY strange but I am glad you asked it. It gave me the opportunity to read very kind words from Michael, Andrey, and Phil.
I can reply on half of your questions, I am Idan Gafni, an entrepreneur mainly focused on the mobile services market. I use different technologies to try and improve the mobile experience and facilitate mobile media consumption and highly social mobile environments. Another "big" thing I work on is building mobile applications that need no installation using a server-based service that is accessed using a regular video call (from UMTS 3G phones). This is called IVVR (or Video IVR) which stands for Interactive Voice and Video Response.
As for the context, together with Andrey I am also a power user of Spock and we contribute our experience and products creativity to the Spock team as we believe in this service.
