Having problems unsubscribing from Spokeo e-mail alerts

I can't seem to unsubscribe from e-mails from Spokeo. I clicked on the link in my e-mail to unsubscribe and it took me to the Spokeo home page. Nothing happened. Here is where I clicked:



I tried logging in and got to my user account page. I saw a choice for how to stop receiving important messages from Spokeo. I unchecked that box. Will that stop the e-mails? It wasn't totally clear to me. Here's what I saw:
