I have over 2000 contacts, when I send out a mass email I get about 150 Interest in my Track record.
One of my employees email automatically put our emails in JUNK BOX. Perhaps this is why only 150 people out of 2000 are reading our emails.
Is there some way to email ALL of my contacts, informing them to make sure our email is on their SAFE EMAIL List?
if a contact unsubscribes to my email blasts, and a few days later I add 100 contacts and their email address happens to be in the list, WILL THEIR EMAIL BE ADDED TO THE LIST AGAIN?
for the second time i have sent out emails and the email address leekalt@hotmail.com is not receiving emails. He is on the list and has marked us a save mail. why his he not receiving our emails?
We are highly considering using your promote calendar for our Corporate site to publish Motorsports events. We have found one thing we feel is a vulnerability, and that is the email a friend feature. We would be afraid that a hacker could blast out 1000's of email that say they are from us that could have profanity, pornography, and number of things that would look horrible for our company.
So the question is, is there a way to disable this feature? Or.....is there something in place to keep hackers from blasting out emails from a published calendar on our website? Most likely for us to use it, this feature would have to be disabled.
The aim of any email is to get people to start talking and generate some buzz around your event, and using our add to life tools will not only start some conversations, but build your list too!
1. The first step is to create the email content. We offer some templates, or you can use your own.
2. Now, you want to put the power to spread the word in the hands of your readers. Choose one or all of the add to life tools we offer: interactive calendar and/or list widget announcing all your upcoming events, which give your readers the ability to send email and SMS to friends, who send to their friends, so on an so forth.
3. Customize unique event pages for each individual event, and allow a forum for people to talk it up and give you feedback for future events.
4. You also now have the ability to track who's interested/turnout, using the RSVP graphs, and knowledge of how many emails have been opened the email, re-read the email, and passed the email on to friends.
5. You can attach the flyr to the email, but remember to link the flyr back to the event page you created, so people are directed to another location to take advantage of the interactive tools!
