A simplified web based version for premium customers?

Since many people not are allowed to install applications or use peer-to-peer technology it would be great with a web based solution.
I understand that the spotify relies on this tech but why not offer a simplified solution ( maybe for premium customers).

It would be great to login on your website and just be able to play a predefined playlist !!!
I believe it should be feasable.
