Artist discography errors (one report + one suggestion)

Sometimes I come across errors in the music catalog.

First is the suggestion: a built in menu item that can report an error for an album, track, or artist page.

Here is a specific report:

The Jimmy Eat World page lists "Jimmy Eat World" as a 1994 album, but it has an incorrect track listing. There were actually two albums by them entitled "Jimmy Eat World" -- one was their 1994 debut album, and the other one was a reissue of their 2001 album "Bleed American" with an alternate title.
The Jimmy Eat World artist page lists the wrong album under the 1994 album, and the 2001 version is missing. A 2008 reissue of it with bonus tracks is present, but the fact remains that the other one is missing and their debut album is not accessible.
