cannot log on to spotify: changed location error
Hello
I've recently started to use Spotify in Sweden, but when I try to log on it says the following:
"Your current location is different from that you set in your profile, if you've moved please update your profile. You can travel for 14 days or upgrade to premium for unlimited travel. If you need more help, see our help pages."
This is wrong. I haven't changed location. Can any of the support members of the company change this for me please?

EDIT: I realised my computer is using a proxy, so I'll just change the settings on my account page. Please ignore this.

Just started gettign the same problem afer being on holiday for a week and not using Spotify. Nothings changed on my system. Have tried re-installing the app but with no luck.
Any ideas please?

Inappropriate?Hi Andres - indeed I am and have been for six months or so. Although based in the UK working (from home) for a US hi-tech company (Cisco), my IP address is coming from The Netherlands. Interesting though because up to 4th June Spotify worked ok, so am wondering what n/w work was performed while I was away on holiday! Shame - could be the end of a wonderful relationship!
Further question then - how do I unregister from my work laptop and then re-register on my home-based Mac? Have tried to have two installations under one e-mail address but this has not been allowed.

You don't need to unregister. You can log in with your existing username and multiple computers. If log in from home once every few weeks then you can use it at work with no restrictions. -
Inappropriate?im having this problem now too! i haven't moved or done anything tht could have changed the locations matching! tried uninstalling and re-installing, changing passwords and all sorts. nothings working, can anyone help?
