can't log in - say's no internet connection
i recenly restored my pc to factory settings, so downloaded spotify again. however when i try logging in it says no internet connection, even though i apparently have 'excellent' internet strength.
i've also tried unistalling spotify and installing it again
any advice?

Inappropriate?ahah! i turned off my norton antivirus and it worked, but surely its not a good idea to turn off my antirvirus all together? i dont know how to adjust my noron security to just allow spotify through...
