Choose language and type of advertising

As an expat in Spain I am pretty annoyed by listening to Spanish advertising. I suggest users choosing their type of advertising: by language or if they prefer local or global ads (e.g. for Internet services or other digital stuff that doesn't know frontiers). I am sure, advertisers will love this as a way to better target their audiences.
