Client for Symbian s60v3?
Are you planning a spotify-client for use with Symbian s60v3? I use to use my Nokia N73 as musicplayer and would LOVE it!

Hi,
Adding Spotify to various mobile platforms like the s60 is a very popular question and it's something we are interested in. Our philosophy is to create something that is reliable and works brilliantly, so today we're focusing on building a great product for your computer, but when the time comes we'll look into a solution that will work smoothly on your mobile as well.

Hi Andres!
11 months later, any progress on the Symbian version of Spotify? I'm very eager to buy a Symbian phone and get the best of reasons for a premium account :) -
Inappropriate?http://www.spotify.com/en/about/jobs/...
They're already looking for an experienced software engineer to do it for them. It's going to take a short while I suppose.
I’m unsure when it will appear.
-
Inappropriate?Well, BugMeNot, they've looked for that engineer for quite while now, about 6-7 months or so, so...
I’m confused
-
Inappropriate?I hope we can get some official word on the progress of the mobile clients. If they have no idea when they'll be able to release a Symbian client, I'd prefer knowing it to vaguely expecting one to show up.
I'm a paying subscriber now, but if another service shows up with a mobile client that won't last for long...
I’m frustrated
-
Im too looking for a s60v3 client but they'd probably do better if they say struck a deal with nokia where they bundle it with the n97 on the s60v5 platform or the new nokia touch express music phone. If that happens it won't be long before a v3 one is released -
Inappropriate? Is it possible the people at Fring can be of assistance? They had skype running on my n95 long before skype did and now a last.fm client. I would rather have spotify than the last.fm client!
I’m excited
-
Inappropriate?Nokia is bringing Qt on their platforms --> I hope this will boost the development as you don't need to find those Symbian C++ guys anymore.
Based on what I saw running on Android + enjoying the service on my Mac I can hardly wait for the S60 client! This is really a kick-ass service and mobility would really make it even better.
I’m excited

Inappropriate?Nothing new yet on this?????? I would get the Premium service as soon as it was avaiilable for my Nokia N85! Pleaaaaase!!!
-
Inappropriate? This would probably rocket sales for the premium service. Far more symbian than iphones. I hope they manage to release soon.
-
Inappropriate? Can someone from spotfy atleast say what their status is on the client for s60v3?
I’m upatient

Thanks, purchasing premium now. -
Inappropriate?I wonder, why isn't E90 supported while N95 is - it's exactly the same platform. :o
