do the record companies limit distribution?
i've noticed some of the bands only have a part of their albums on spotify, even tho' their other albums are published by the same record company - why is this?
example: thy serpent (spinefarm) only has lords of twilight up, altho' forests of witchery is also spinefarm era material

Inappropriate?Licensing rules are complex. The labels do restrict certain songs and albums and don't always have global rights to each album so it's possible that you won't find everything. Additionally we still have a lot of content to add so sometimes that is the reason an album isn't yet avaialble.
We do have the other Thy Serpant album, but it doesn't appear to be available in Finland.
