If your token already have been used, you probably created an account already. The token can only be used once to create the Username and is not needed after you have created the account (username / password).
So navigate to our website and download and install Spotify :
http://www.spotify.com/en/download/
(if you don’t remember the username or password, use our reset password function, http://www.spotify.com/en/password-re...)

If the token has been used it's likely the person who sent it to you also sent it to someone else who used it first. Unfortunately the only way to signup is to get another invitation from someone. -
Inappropriate?I got the same problem, and i know for a fact that no one used it. My friend is sitting next to me and he did send the key, but when i tried to choose a nickname it said that someone else had the username, and i tried with another name. After that i got the error message that the invite token allready has been used.

Thanks. It appears that you successfully created an account with the username novjar. You should be able to log in with that and the password you selected.
