Is anyone from Spotify still answering questions?
It seems that lately the number of questions which get an answer from Spotify --that used to be Andres-- has dropped down significantly. Can we expect that our questions and concerns are addressed?

Inappropriate?We answer a lot of question. Many of them come up again and again so we don't re-answer all the time but we still get most.

Since many of the questions come up again and again, why don't you update the FAQ or write some articles on the main website to address these most popular questions so people don't keep asking them here, or if they do, you or someone else, can just point them at the FAQ or main site article? -
digithed - we're working on that so that we can address a lot more questions and make it easier for users to find answers on our site. :) -
Actually I think Spotify is doing a good job with the FAQ. Much better than, say, six months ago. But it could of course be even better.
Also, people should use the getsatisfaction search a bit more (even though it isn't the greatest search in the world...)
