Keyboard shortcut to change tracks when Spotify is not in focus
Sometimes I want to change tracks using a keyboard shortcut without having to open Spotify up. In Winamp, this is handled with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Left or Ctrl+Alt+Right. I'd love to see this implemented in Spotify!

I wonder if Spotify listens to "Media buttons" there are on some keyboards, does it?
Ctrl+Alt+Arrow is a bad idea though, some M$ Windoze computers use that shortcut to flip the screen.
