Make spotify a 100% legal way to see music videos

Youtube is probably the most used way to look at popular music videos. Sadly, most of them are uploaded by users without permission for the content authors. I really want the authors on the train, because it cost very much to create those videos and why can't spotify provide a unique way to stream music video with royality similar to music so the authors can get paid and we can get a good quality experience.
Maybe this could be a spotify premium privlilligue, it could increase the amount of premium subscription a lot.
