More anime/video game soundtracks on Spotify?
Will there be more anime/video game soundtracks available on Spotify soon? The diversity of the music is pretty good, but there is virtually NO soundtracks from video games of any kind, no anime-soundtracks, and even mainstream movie soundtracks can be sparse. Pretty please?

Inappropriate?We're definitely interested in adding more local and niche content like anime and video games and we have a team that is constantly working to get more labels signed. We do have some video game music, I know EA games is well represented although that might not be what you're looking for.

Actually I was thinking more about the sort of game music featured in concerts like "Play!". I.e big composers such as Nobuo Uematsu, Yoko Shimomura, Kōji Kondō etc. Those are the ones I've really been missing.

Inappropriate?I must say those 2/3 compositors would be a great value-add, they really rock. I listen to various kinds of music, but these represent about 10/20% of my playlists !

Inappropriate?As I wrote in the other similar topic: They've added some of the Play Symphony music CDs now! Try searching for, say, Kingdom Hearts, to find the albums.
Still have a hard time finding anime music though...

Inappropriate?Well, the number of songs is still really limited - the latest released Kingdom Hearts OST was a 9 CD box. 9 CDs. And of that, once single track makes it to Spotify.
The lack of tracks I'm interested in is still my main reason for not using Spotify a lot, not to mention considering paying for it.

That track isn't from the Kingdom Hearts OST though, it's from the "Play! A Video Game Symphony" album, which contains music from various video games. (Although I don't even think I've played even half of those games either.)
But yeah, this is also the reason I still don't use Spotify so much. Although it's nice to listen to the few video game tracks it has once in a while.

Inappropriate?I've gotten very used to using spotify for all my music needs, it's a bit sad that i have to find and listen to my favourite soundtracks elsewhere.
Anime openings and endings would definitely be appreciated by me :)
