New songs are appearing in playlists that are not collaborative

I have a playlist that is being populated with songs I haven't added and collaboration is turned off. The songs I haven't added are also displayed twice (two instances in a row for each entry) and albums that has been removed (by Spotify) from the list are not shown even if I've defined them to remain visible in preferences.
