No sound from spotify makes me :(

my spotify doesnt have any sound. last week it stopped playing music or any kind of sound and i dont know whats wrong with it (yes the spotify volume is max and unmuted, and same with the pc) - it seems to be working normally and the songs are shown as playing at the bottom bar, but there is no sound - and on all other programs/actions i have sound, please do you know whats wrong? x ania
