Purchased Spotify track not appeared in 'Purchases'
I purchased a track via Spotify and it has not appeared within 'Purchases', due to Spotify crashing midway through the process. I received an e-mail from 7digital confirmed my purchase and clicking 'Buy' again on the track reports that I have already purchased the track.
This sadly means I can not download the track.

Inappropriate? It might be easiest to contact 7digital along with the receipt - they should be able to refund and you can try again. http://www.7digital.com/help/item?cat...

The problem is 7digital don't answer their emails or even acknowledge receipt of a query. That's the last time I buy via Spotify/7digital -
No help from 7digital as of yet. Got an e-mail from spotify stating I simply should try again.... :( -
Inappropriate?Hey! I have a similar problem. I tried purchasing an album, although the files were never downloaded and i didnt get a reciept. Still the amount have has been reserved from my credit card. Do you know what might have happened?

Inappropriate?I'm actually using Wine (on Ubuntu) so could this issue be related to this reply on this problem: http://getsatisfaction.com/spotify/to...

Inappropriate?Hi
I have had problems with this system. I received no purchased album in the purchase section of the GUI, or any sort of receipt in my email. Great first time experience of buying stuff off Spotify. Don't think I'm going to be doing it again. Back to Amazon I think!!!!
I’m annoyed

Inappropriate?I bought an album from Spotify/7Digital but could only download 2 of 14 songs, for the rest I get this annoying message: "A problem has occurred at the music store. Please try again later". Neither 7Digital, nor Spotify people, seem to be interested in helping me with this, though. I've tried to get help through three different 7Digital support sites, multiple times, and also to mail Spotify, but noone will answer. Spotify are definitely partly responsible for this, since they expose 7Digital services through their application. Be careful: don't get fooled like me by giving away your money in advance to companies like these.
I’m mad

Inappropriate?Incredibly, I have the same problem. For about 1 hour ago I bought an album, very high speed to steal 79 Swedish crowns for it, but can not pay its part of the deal! Damn######!

Inappropriate?Great customer service by both Spotify/7Digital. That's a great way to stop people file sharing for free. Not! We try to buy and they make it such a poor experience that we may think of going back to the old free download ways, where we don't risk our money. Come on Spotify/7Digital get it sorted. Also having to ask customer service questions on a 'forum' without having a dedicated customer service site from either Spotify, or 7Digital is not good. Like I say, they take our money, we would like a proper service in return; otherwise, its back to Limewire and Piratebay etc. Their choice!!!!
I’m dissapointed

Inappropriate?Have the same problem. Bought one song as a bit of a test. OK, i only lost 7 SEK, but it still pisses me off. Hope to hear from Spotify or 7digital.
I run Ubuntu 9.10 and Wine.
I hope they will solve it or give me my money back, otherwise I'll file a fraud with the swedish police.
I’m pissed!
