Purchased tracks result in 'empty' 4KB file
Having made my first purchase on Spotify I've only managed to download 15 of the 25 tracks. The remainder just downloaded a 4KB 'empty' file. I've restarted Spotify and downloaded one more, but the remainder just download this 4KB file and it is decreasing the number of downloads. Feel somewhat cheated, especially as it is very unclear how you get help on this kind of thing.

Hello,
Sorry for the problem that you have experienced.
We have checked the download and it is working, although sometimes it takes a few tries to get Spotify to download it fully.
Please try re-downloading the track(s) in the purchases section of Spotify. In order to re-download the track(s) you will need to locate and delete any part of the track that has already been downloaded (even if the track has not fully downloaded, Spotify will create a file on your computer for the track from the moment you first click the download button).
To delete the file, please go to the folder on your computer’s hard drive that your Spotify tracks are downloaded to. You can find out which folder this is by going to EDIT > PREFERENCES > PURCHASES in your Spotify and checking the location folder. Once you have located the file and deleted it, please fully log out and back in to your Spotify. You should now see a download button appear next to the track in your purchases section.
If you run out of download licenses or continue to have problems, please get in touch, giving us your Spotify username and order number, and we will arrange to have them reset for you.

So you were able to get help from 7Digital support people? Do they actually exist? I've tried - in vain - many times to get in touch with them, since I could only download 2 of 14 song I've purchased from them through Spotify, the rest are unavailable and I get this annoying message: "A problem has occurred at the music store. Please try again later". Neither 7Digital, nor Spotify people, seem to be interested in helping me with this, though. Well, they have my money now, so I guess they're satisfied with that. I will NEVER, EVER buy anything through Spotify again, unless this problem is fixed.
