I have had a problem since this monday, that when I try to connect to the server I get a message saying that my current location does not match the one that is set in my profile.
As far as I know, I still use my computer in Sweden, and Sweden is also the country I have specified in my profile.
I am not connected to internet via a proxy-server.

Inappropriate?You should check what where your IP address is coming from, it's possible that it shows a different location.

The marker is right in the middle of the city in Sweden I am living in. -

I am in France, profile set to "France", IP seen as as in France.
Indeed Spotify was notifying me about country for a few weeks, but there was nothing I could do to update any settings in country related area, as I had indeed the right country.
Now can't login, so not sure I'll be making any effort, if you have to treat me like a cheater...
I can understand you have t&cs from the "industry", but the industry will have to understand people are fed up of being treated like dishonest people. It pushes them to feel it is alright to be dishonest, once you are considered as such by idiots.

Actually update has solved this apparently, I now log in fine. thanks. -
Inappropriate?I have had my problem solved by Rebecca on the email-support for Spotify.
She also told me that there are quite a few people in the southern part of Sweden that has this problem The reason is that their IP-address is wrongly interpreted as a danish IP, whereas Spotify isnt available.
They are working on a more permanent solution for this issue, but they dont have one at this moment.
Perhaps even you, Xris, have met the same problem. You might be located in a region of france that are close to another country where spotify isnt available.
This is just a wild guess tho.
Hope you get it solved as I did.
