Inappropriate?There's a third party API library (though not complete) available here: http://github.com/noahwilliamsson/ope...
It builds on Windows as both a static library and as a DLL.
You'll need Microsoft Visual C++ Express. -

Inappropriate?One would think that releasing the API for Windows would be easy, but apparently not... :(
The Windows platform has an enormous potential for more premium users, why Spotify will not release an API for Windows is beyond me.
