Spotify can't save password in Mac OS Tiger!

I'm using Mac OS Tiger on a Power Mac G4, with the latest update. I'm having two problems whith Spotify. Every now and then the password dissapears and I have to fill it in again. In some way, the password is deleted from the keychain. I thought that this problem would disapear after a total format of my harddrive, witch was needed anyway. But with a new installation of the whole system, programs and documents, spotify still can't manage to save my password for a longer time.

The other problem is that I can't uncheck the "enble volume normalization" box when I click it. Nothing happens.
