Spotify gives me wrong location!

How come i get a message "Your current location does not match that set in your profile. You may travel with Spotify, but only for 14 days. For unlimited travel upgrade to premium." when my profile says and my IP-adress says Stockholm / Telia when checking with several services like http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/??
