Spotify needs to stop playing music when headphones are pulled out.
Spotify mobile should work like the regular iphone/ipod mp3-player, and automatically stop playing music when the headphones are pulled out.

Inappropriate? It's a good idea, I'll see if we can somehow implement it.

You have fixed this "idea" now. -
Inappropriate?Yes, this is also something I've been missing from the iPod app and I constantly forget and just pull out the headphones leaving the iPhone in the pocket playing music.
I’m loving it

Inappropriate?I got caught out with this the other day. Got in a lift at work with headphones blaring. I put my hand in my pocket to pull out the headphones to shut it off, as I would do sometimes using the ipod app. As my headphones block out a load of noise, I only knew something was up by the dodgy looks I was getting. Took out an earplug and heard my music blaring away from my pocket. Luckily I wasn't listening to anything embaressing at the time!

Inappropriate? This is embarrassing. I arrived at a meeting, pulled my headphones out and my music blared out. LOL.
So a fix for this would be appreciated.
-
Inappropriate? If this could be done for both iPhone and Android platforms (if possible) this would be great.

iPhone update on the way
September 28, 2009, 12:57
A few days back we submitted an update of our iPhone app to the App Store for approval. The update will improve the general stability of the app, as well as add a few small improvements such as pausing music when you pull out your head phones. We’re also adding the capability for more efficient streaming over low bandwidth to help out those of you on slower connections. It will likely take a few weeks for the update to appear but we wanted to let everyone know that it’s on the way.
