Spotify streaming-again!

Has there been any advances to the question of listening to Spotify via ones hi-fi. This is a real basic requirement for me and I need a very simple answer. I just want to listen to the music via my hi fi....I need to stream wireless ..if so what's the quality like? All the blogs i read just confuse me, as they're written by techys...or is it a case of going to Napster where they seem to have resolved this issue? Thank you
