If we are not yet able to answer a specific question we will always revert back to it when a solution/answer is found.

Inappropriate?4 pages of unanswered topics by now, many of them are questions or problems posted by your CUSTOMERS!
Very disillusioning for these users if they get no answers at all, don't you think?

Most of the questions are either feature requests or suggestions for improvements to which we can't always post a response. I can assure you that we read all the suggestions and we do respond to each support case.
